This is Jay. He is in the cube across the way from me. He is in charge a new, cool project, and silencers. Shane and I were showing him one of the match rifles our rifle team shoots with. There is lead in the back stock and forearm to make it heavier/steadier. I sent it to quantico an hour later.

not always traveling

Not a whole lot of traveling going on until the new year, unless I go to Eden during lunch to get to the bank... So welcome to the cube.

Here are some pics from the recent trip.

This is a squirrel ad at the local tire shop.

This is a rice field in Arkansas where I was this week. I toured the ammo plant with Shane and learned about how all ammo is made. It is in Lonoke Arkansas. We duck hunted 2 mornings in a row and flew back friday afternoon. the cloud in the distance is all snow geese. We shot 28 mallards both days. It was awesome.

This is my hotel room floor. The giant case are our shotguns for the week.

This is the gate to Little Rock. Getting there was tough, we kept getting delays due to wind.

This is a fireplace at dan river deli in madison near our offices. It reminds me of the fireplace we had in our house in at Tech. The deli is very good.

This is a picture of all duck on Doc's land back in the 60s. We hunted with Doc on his land, he is an ex cardiologist in little rock and a once famed trap shooter. Harlan Campbell, one of our sponsored guys, hunted with us, along with some other remington dudes like Kris Carson, Bill Crutchfield, and Bronson Hackleberry.

Mallard Drakes and Hens.
